HEALING
I am living a long and healthy Life.
I have abundant energy, vitality and well-being.
My positive thoughts and actions renew my mind and body.
I know that my healing is already in progress.
My body heals quickly and easily.
Every day, I am growing stronger and healthier.
I always contribute to my body in healthy ways.
I eat healthy, nutritious and digestible food every day.
I am always able to maintain my ideal weight.
I drink large amounts of thirst quenching water every day.
I always sleep soundly and peacefully.
My body responds with a wonderful feeling of well-being.
Every cell in my body vibrates with energy and health.
I have a healthy spirit, mind and body.
I find it easier and easier each day to let go and just be.
I am well, I am whole, and I am strong.
My strong body has fully recovered and healed.
I am cured by the miraculous touch of God’s Divine Hand.
I am healthy, healed and whole.

6/2/1930. That is the day my father was born. Today is his birthday and I miss him terribly even after all this time. He died in my arms when I was just 19 years old.

What a beautiful day it is. The sun is shining and birds are chirping. I went for a walk early this morning before it got too hot and it was so invigorating, I loved it.
I received some beautiful red roses a couple of days ago and I just wanted to talk about how that made me feel.
First off something stupid had happened to make me mad before he went to get them, so here I was making his favorite breakfast, and he just runs out the door promising to be back before it is ready. Yeah Right, I was so livid I could not see straight. But I continued preparing the meal and tried to relax at the table before he got back.
Well, when He walked in the door right when the sausage was done cooking (all of like 15 minutes) with the roses in his hand and a big smile on his face…I almost wanted to cry. Yet, all I could do was smile and wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him.
